I will work with you in a way that helps you find balance and supports your unique needs, guiding you through a process tailored to your personal journey.
Taking the first step towards therapy should never be seen as a moment of weakness—rather, it reflects true strength of character.
The initial step in this journey is the courage to seek help. While it may feel empowering, it’s natural for it to also feel a little daunting. Rest assured, the most meaningful progress happens when we talk things through with the reassurance that you will be met with empathy, understanding, and no judgment.
Whether you're struggling with vague feelings of dissatisfaction or focusing on a specific issue, I offer a safe, confidential space where you can openly discuss your thoughts and emotions, free from judgment and prejudice.
I am an integrative counsellor, drawing on various theoretical approaches to offer warmth, genuineness, and clear boundaries in our work together. I aim to create a space where you feel heard, understood, cared for, and comfortable enough to be yourself. Through the counselling process, you can explore, heal, and grow at your own pace.
I am a Registered and Accredited Member of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), adhering to their Ethical Framework for good practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am also committed to their Professional Conduct Procedure, ensuring a high standard of practice.
In addition, I meet NCPS’s requirements for supervision and continue to pursue ongoing professional development to ensure I provide the best support for my clients.
I am an Anxiety UK-approved therapist offering therapeutic support to the charity’s members and partner beneficiaries.
As part of my commitment to providing high-quality care, I am regularly monitored by Anxiety UK to ensure my professional qualifications, supervision, ongoing professional development, insurance, and membership with my professional body are all up to date.
I also adhere to the ethical framework and professional standards set by my registered governing body, ensuring that the support I provide is both effective and ethical.

Taking that first step should never be considered a moment of weakness instead, it shows the true strength of character.
My name is Garon, and I know first hand the weight of anxiety, depression, addiction, and grief. At my lowest, seeking help felt like failure—but it became the turning point.
With a counsellor’s support, I confronted my struggles, found healing, and discovered my purpose: helping others do the same. I trained as a counsellor, working with addiction, homelessness, and now offering private therapy, including walk-and-talk sessions in Oxfordshire.
Mental health challenges once consumed me, but they also shaped me. To anyone struggling: you’re not alone. With the right support, healing is possible.
My Story
I say to my clients that I can grow as much as the people I work with, and it is very inspiring for me to have the privilege to have worked and helped so many wonderful people throughout the journey with our therapy sessions.
I firmly believe that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness, so feel free to contact me today, and I will do my best to support you.
