Services Tailored for You
Reiki Healing
Reiki Healing is a gentle, holistic energy practice that supports the body’s natural ability to restore balance on a physical, emotional, and energetic level. It is deeply relaxing and encourages calm, stillness, and inner restoration.
During a session, you lie or sit fully clothed in a quiet, safe space while I use light touch or hover my hands just above your body to support the flow of energy and help release tension or emotional blockages.
Many people experience deep relaxation, warmth, tingling sensations, or emotional release, often leaving feeling calmer, lighter, and more centred.
Reiki requires nothing from you other than rest and openness, and can be especially supportive during times of stress, burnout, grief, or transition, as well as for ongoing wellbeing.
Mindfulness Practices
Mindfulness is the practice of gently bringing your attention into the present moment with openness and without judgment. It involves noticing your thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations as they arise, without becoming overwhelmed by them.
In therapy, mindfulness is introduced in a simple, practical way to help you become more aware of your internal experience, such as patterns of thinking, emotional responses, and body sensations.
Rather than trying to stop thoughts, mindfulness supports a different relationship with them, based on observation, acceptance, and compassion. Over time, this can create more space between you and your reactions, helping you respond with greater clarity rather than automatic stress responses.
It can support reduced anxiety, improved emotional regulation, and a stronger sense of grounding, helping you feel more connected and steady in daily life.
Counselling (Online or Face-to-Face)
I offer counselling both online and in person, giving you the freedom to choose the setting that feels most comfortable and supportive for you. Whether you prefer the privacy and convenience of connecting from your own home anywhere in the world, or the calm, grounding experience of meeting face-to-face in Milton-under-Wychwood, West Oxfordshire, the focus remains the same, providing a space where you can feel safe, heard, and supported without judgment.
Walk and Talk Therapy
Walk and Talk Therapy takes counselling outdoors, combining therapeutic support with gentle movement in nature. Rather than sitting in a traditional room, we walk side by side in a calm, natural environment, which can feel more relaxed and less intense.
Being outdoors can help reduce anxiety and emotional pressure, while the combination of movement, fresh air, and nature often supports a sense of calm and ease in conversation. Many people find it easier to talk and reflect when walking, as thoughts and feelings can flow more naturally.
This approach also supports the nervous system, helping to release tension and encourage clearer thinking and deeper insight.
It can be especially helpful if you feel more comfortable outside, prefer informal settings, or find traditional therapy rooms overwhelming.
Available in and around:

Each approach is designed to meet you where you are, helping you progress at your own pace toward lasting growth and emotional resilience.
