My name is Garon, and I want to thank you for taking this courageous step to seek support.
It takes great strength to acknowledge your struggle and even more strength to seek help.
Many people face challenges with their mental health and emotional well-being, and reaching out for counselling isn’t a sign of weakness but a powerful act of self-care.
I specialize as a counsellor in areas of anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, and addictions.
I have a 16-year background working within the addictions, homelessness, and housing sectors.
I have been a practising counsellor for 8 years, working with incredible and inspiring individuals in the U.K. and internationally through online sessions.
In addition to counselling, I also offer walk-talk therapy, Reiki healing, and mindfulness practices.
Like many, I have faced struggles throughout my life, including addiction, relationship challenges, grief, anxiety, and depression.
During times when I felt deeply alone, it was through embracing my vulnerability that I began to experience personal growth.
These transformative experiences ultimately guided me to pursue a career as a professional counsellor, where I now support others on their journeys of healing and self-discovery.
I understand the fear of reaching out for support and the courage it can take to speak to someone who truly understands. When life feels overwhelming and there seems to be no way out, it's common to experience guilt, embarrassment, and shame about seeking help.
